Holiday Shipping (within U.S.)

Please note we are doing our best to get your orders out as soon as possible. However, we are seeing delays at USPS by up to several business days (and longer in some cases) during this holiday season. We suggest ordering earlier than later

Shipping times for Standard (3 - 7 business days) and Priority (2- 4 business days) are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed; Express (1-2 business days) is a guaranteed service by USPS

USPS does not operate on the following holidays. Orders placed or scheduled for delivery on or during a holiday will be received/delivered the next business day.
If you absolutely require shoes by a certain date, please reach out to support@lamourshoes.com with your address before placing the order to confirm what options are available and the extra costs involved

International Shipping

*Update as of 12/05/24*: We are unable to ship to Canada as of this moment, due to the Canada Post strike. We will resume shipping to Canada as soon as possible
We ship to Mexico. Rates will appear in your cart once you have entered your international shipping address. Please note that any applicable duties will be the responsibility of the customer (and billed by customs once the package arrives, not a part of the order total)
International shipments can take up to several weeks due to arrive due to customs processing
For all other international countries (outside of the US, Canada, and Mexico), we are unable to offer shipping at this moment

Shipping Schedule

We ship within 1-2 business days of orders received
Please note business days are Mon-Fri; weekends do not count.
We ship Mon-Fri only; we do not ship on weekends.
For express shipping, we ship the same day (Mon-Fri) provided the order is placed by or before 10am EST that same day (otherwise the order would go out the next business day)
